By using Trade Sender, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. We tried to keep it clean and simple that you can read and understand.

1. Overview

Trade Sender is an online service that allows users to automate actions based on some platform alerts and/or messages, including integrations with trading platforms and messaging apps. Access to the service may requires an active subscription.

2. Subscriptions & billing

• Subscription plans:

  Trade Sender is a subscription-based service. We offer different pricing plans depending on the features and usage limits required. Full details of each plan are available on Pricing page.

• Upgrade/downgrade subscriptions:

  You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account settings. Changes will take effect immediately, and any unused days from your current plan will be credited toward the new plan. The credit is calculated based on the relative pricing of both plans with rounding.

• Billing cycle:

  Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, based on the plan you select at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. Monthly plans are billed every 30 days, while annual plans are billed every 365 days.

• Free trials:

  We may offer free trials for new users. After the trial period ends, you will need to select a subscription plan to continue using the service. If you do not choose a plan, your account may be suspended and you will lose access to your data.

• Payment methods:

  We securely process subscriptions via PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or any major credit/debit card. You must provide valid and up-to-date billing information to maintain your subscription.

• Renewals:

  Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it before the end of the current billing period.

• Cancellation:

  You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

• Refunds:

  All payments are non-refundable. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time, downgrades, or canceled accounts.

• Failed payments:

  If your payment fails or your payment method is declined, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service until payment is successfully processed.

• Price changes:

  We may change our subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will only take effect on your next billing cycle.

3. User responsibilities

• Account security:

  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information. Do not share your account with others. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

• Authorized use:

  You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use Trade Sender to send spam, abusive messages, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or the terms of service of connected platforms (e.g., TradingView, Telegram, MT4/MT5).

• Service usage limits:

  You agree not to overload, abuse, or misuse the system, such as by sending excessive requests, using automated scripts outside of intended use, or attempting to interfere with the functionality or performance of the service.

• Data accuracy:

  You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you send to or process through Trade Sender, including alerts, messages, and connected platform configurations.

Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

4. Service availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.

5. Privacy

We only collect information necessary to provide the service. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

7. Limitation of liability

Trade Sender is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from missed alerts, delayed actions, or service disruptions.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
