1. What's included in each subscription plan?

Each plan gives you access to all core features, including webhook support, alert processing, history log and lifetime support. 2. Can I try Trade Sender before subscribing?

Yes! We offer a 7-Day Free Trial with all features so you can test the platform before committing to a paid subscription.

3. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and changes take effect immediately. Any unused days from your current plan will be credited toward the new plan as a trial period, based on the relative pricing. In most cases, you won't be charged at the time of the change. Billing will begin only after your credit is fully used.

4. How to calculate remaining days credit?

It's based on relative pricing. For example, if you have 10 days remaining on a monthly plan that costs $20 and you switch to a plan that costs $60 per month, you'll receive a credit of: 10 days x ($20 / $60) = 3 days (after rounding). This credit is applied as a trial period toward your new plan.

5. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

6. I unsubscribed but I still see my plan active?

You paid for the current billing period, so your plan will remain active until the end of that period. It's fair. If you unsubscribe by mistake or change your mind, you can resubscribe at any time. Your remaining days will still be credited when you return, allowing you to continue without losing time.

7. Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time. However, you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges. If you experience a billing issue, please contact support and we'll be happy to assist.
