Congratulations! ๐ŸŽ‰ Your first connection is now active and ready to go.

Good to know:

  • Youโ€™ll need a paid TradingView plan to use Webhook notifications.
  • Using the Message Generator is recommended for creating properly formatted alert messages without memorizing syntax. If you prefer to learn the syntax, check alert syntax here.

๐Ÿ’ก How It Works (Explanation)

Your connection is now active and ready to automate your trading signals.

However, to keep things transparent, letโ€™s take a closer look at how your connection works behind the scenes.

  • In Step 1, you set up a secure handshake method between apps.
  • In Step 2, you connected your trading terminal (MT4/MT5) to Trade Sender.
  • In Step 3, you connected your signal source (TradingView) to Trade Sender.
  • Once all are securely connected, Trade Sender acts as a bridge โ€” receiving trading signals from TradingView and delivering them to your MT4/MT5 terminal.

When your TradingView alert conditions are met:

  1. TradingView fires an alert and sends it to Trade Sender
  2. Trade Sender receives the alert and interprets the desired trading action
  3. Trade Sender sends the action to Trade Sender Connector installed in your terminal
  4. Trade Sender Connector executes the action in your trading account
  5. Trade Sender Connector sends the result back to Trade Sender
  6. Trade Sender logs the result and optionally sends you notifications

It may look like many steps, but donโ€™t worry โ€” our lightning-fast system executes trades almost instantly.
From the moment Trade Sender receives a signal to when the Connector places the order, it typically takes less than 0.3 seconds โ€” an unmatched speed.
